Marilyn J. Singer is an Officer of the firm, and serves in its Management Committee. She has been a member of the firm since December, 1994. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1979. She received an A.B. degree from Bryn Mawr College in 1976, and a J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1979. She served as a Trial attorney for Continental Insurance Company, from 1980 to 1994, specializing in the defense of civil litigation, including personal injury, products liability, professional liability, sexual harassment, civil rights and all aspects of insurance law. She continues her practice of law in all aspects of civil litigation including Insurance Law, Personal Injury, Professional Liability, and Construction Law. She is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations and the Ohio Academy of Civil Trial Attorneys.
