Chad Schmitt has been a member of the firm since November of 2017. He received his B.A. from Duquesne University in 2012 and his J.D. from the Ohio State Moritz College of Law in 2015. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2016. He is admitted to practice in the Northern District of Ohio and the Southern District of Ohio. Chad has represented individuals businesses and insurers and has provided legal counsel to clients facing a wide variety of challenges ranging from business and contract disputes, construction litigation, professional liability, insurance coverage, premises liability, personal injury and wrongful death, employment law, intellectual property, and admiralty/maritime law.
