Brian is a lifelong Clevelander. He started working at the firm shortly after graduating from college working his way through law school while learning about civil litigation. Following Brian’s completion of law school and admission to the practice of law in the State of Ohio, he joined the firm as an associate and four years later became a partner. Brian has been a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio State Bar Associations, the Cleveland Association Civil Trial Attorneys and the William K. Thomas American Inn of Court. Brian has achieved Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Peer Review Rating in construction law, insurance and litigation. Brian was previously selected as a Rising Star for Super Lawyers for 2006, 2009 and 2011. Brian was also selected in the Super Lawyers listing for construction litigation from 2017-2023. Areas of Practice: Insurance coverage, construction law, civil litigation, environmental law. With over one hundred jury trials and dozens of appellate arguments throughout the state and multiple times before the Ohio Supreme Court, Brian is well-versed in all aspects of civil litigation from pre-suit insurance coverage and forensic evaluations through trial and appeal if necessary.
